Drawing and making things have been part of life since childhood. After graduating from art school, TAKUMICHI began working seriously as an artist around 2020.

Gentle, warm colors — and free, flowing lines.
The animals, plants, and characters born from this style are each a little humorous, a little nostalgic, and unmistakably themselves.

I hope that whoever sees my work might smile just a little, feel their heart ease, or remember something precious they had forgotten.
With that small happiness in mind, I paint each piece, one at a time.

Within every painting lives a gentle world.
